That’s a good question…I can’t remember what prompted me to use the Dr. Who theme at the time. The only aspect of this intellectual foray into questionable taste was that I wasn’t drunk or experimenting with drugs, prescription or otherwise!

Thanks for your comments…you have obviously done a fair bit of modification on Lego sets yourself. I tend to look at the set after a while and wonder how I could improve it, but you’re right, it will never be as clever as the original.

This is pretty cool, I like it, you don’t use up all the pieces, and it still operates in the same fashion as if you actually build the set, sure, the normal standard version looks a bit more realistic and looks a tad bit better, this one could still be sold as a set, and no one would really care
